How to join Toastmasters- This is your year to shine
Vista Toastmasters exists to help our members become better speakers and leaders, while having fun and making new friends. Guests attend free and may visit as often as they would like before joining.
Members give prepared speeches at their own pace, usually lasting five to seven minutes (most members choose to give one speech every 4 to 8 weeks). Each assignment meets general speaking objectives specified by the speaking manual they are given upon joining. Speech topics are always the choice of each member. In addition to prepared speeches, members also have the opportunity to give short impromptu speeches and can take on various leadership roles at our weekly meetings as well as within our club, area, division and district.
Join our Toastmasters club every Thursday night from 7:00pm until 8:30pm at the Orange County Public Library Southwest Branch (Dr Phillips) located at 7255 Della Drive. Please arrive by 6:45pm when possible so that we may reserve a VIP seat for you.

***The library is unavailable for our meetings on Oct 21st, Oct 28th, Nov 4th & Nov 11th, 2010. On those nights we will be meeting at the Sanctuary at Bay Hill Clubhouse at 7400 Sugar Bend Dr, Orlando, FL 32819. It is just south of the Dr. Phillips YMCA. From the library, take a left onto Della Drive, then a quick right onto Dr. Phillips Blvd, travel 2 tenths of a mile then take a left where you see the Sanctuary at Bay Hill entrance sign. Tell security you are there for the Toastmasters meeting.
